FATAL: Too many queued negotiateauthenticator requests

Добрый день. Огромное спасибо за стать по настройке squid. Настроил все как в статье, но сталкиваюсь иногда с тем что squid перестает работать. Проблема возникает периодически (порой раз в месяц, а иногда через неделю). В cach.log из странного:

Пользователей не так много 80-100 устройств. Проблема не решается перезпуском прокси сервера, но при перезагрузки все работает нормалтно.
